DateSpark uses your location (if you allow it) to find date spots near you, via Apple Maps search on your device.

Your saved ideas and favorites, stored on your device.

Third-party services

Place search is powered by Apple Maps under Apple's privacy terms. We operate no servers and receive no data.

Ads & tracking

No ads, no analytics SDKs, no trackers.

Children's privacy

DateSpark does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & data deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. You can revoke any permission (such as location or notifications) at any time in your device's Settings. For any privacy request, email datespark@builtonthebeach.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how DateSpark handles data, we will update this page before the change ships and revise the date below.
