Third-party services

Conditions come from public sources (NOAA, NWS, NDBC buoys, Open-Meteo) and public waterway cams. Only the coordinates of the selected town are used to retrieve data — nothing about you is sent.

Ads & tracking

No ads, no analytics SDKs, no trackers.

Children's privacy

Is It Boat Day does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & data deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. You can revoke any permission (such as location or notifications) at any time in your device's Settings. For any privacy request, email isitboatday@builtonthebeach.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Is It Boat Day handles data, we will update this page before the change ships and revise the date below.
