Win Sundays is built by Built on the Beach LLC. The short version: your data is yours, it stays on your device wherever possible, and we don't sell it, share it, or track you. Details below.

Location

Win Sundays does not collect your location.

What we collect & where it lives

Your weekly plans are stored on your device and synced with family members you invite via your personal iCloud (CloudKit). Sharing is controlled entirely by you.

Third-party services

None beyond Apple's iCloud, which you control with your Apple ID.

Ads & tracking

No ads, no analytics SDKs, no trackers.

Children's privacy

Win Sundays does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & data deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. You can revoke any permission (such as location or notifications) at any time in your device's Settings. For any privacy request, email winsundays@builtonthebeach.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Win Sundays handles data, we will update this page before the change ships and revise the date below.
